With over 35 years experience in real estate in the commercial property, hotels and leisure sectors, TAND is well placed to add value throughout the development process from initial site evaluation, through planning and construction on to practical completion and potential sale. For properties held for the long term, we can develop innovative property asset management initiatives to add value to the holding.
Our UK development experience has been supplemented with schemes in the US and hotel projects in Europe and the Middle East. We advise property owners, funds, JV partnerships and minority investors in developments ranging from a £500,000 residential schemes to a £250 million commercial developments. Additionally through our sister company, TAND Developments, we also have direct involvement as investor/ developer.
On the asset management front, TAND is currently managing a 100 acre Business Park with one million sq ft of offices and 22 acres for development and a mixed asset disposal programme. In hotels we provide Board level support for both a Radisson and Four Seasons hotels.
